Hello everyone,

So, my idea for this topic is for all of us in the Killhouse Games community, to share our ideas of what would be like our "Perfect Tactical Shooter".

WHY?

-Because I think the devs and the communty in general could benefit from a little brainstorming.

-I also believe that the tactical shooter is a genre that has fewer loyal players as most of the other gaming genres. That being said, I think we might find new potential here, since the KHG nad DK fans are, in my opinion, a selceted group of tactical shooter players.

-If nothing above is true, at least is a topic where we can discuss about how sould be our game if we could make one.

HOW?

-By posting about "how would be your game", describing whatever you like, its features and stuff.

-Maybe post some concept art to illustrate your thinking.

I really hope you guys participate in this topic. Below I`ll post my idea as starters.

So, my idea is something on the molds of Ghost Recon (the first one) enhaced by the Heroes Unleashed mod: A atctical shooter with many gun and equipment options, FPS with no view model gun (just the crosshair) and all the tactical movement available.

Ideas:

-Slow movement, body lean, option to run (+ noise, - Accuracy)

-Shot variation according to speed, range etc. and recoil makes the screen move.

-Single and multi-player, enphasis in COOP.

-Stack mechanic: a player can "attach" himself on another so they walk in formation. The player in front lead the way. The one behind moves only his aim, such as in a rail shooter. That way players can make lines, use shield tactics and so on.

-Possibility to subdue and arrest enemies.

-Enemies can die, be injuried (defeated, but not dead), and surrender. AI should have stress and fear levels, that affect their aim and behavior.

-Non-lethal weapons

-Special Forces uniforms, weaponry and equipments (In case of legal restricions, use fake names such as "French Riot police" or "Germany Border Unit"

-And other stuff too. :lol:
