I think the problem he had with the door-opening mission was the following:
He ordered the guy to open with a flashbang and wanted the 2nd guy to walk in after that but the guy with the flashbang had a longer way and would not arrive at the door first. Therefore the guy without the flashbang-order just opened the door and the flashbang-guy didn’t throw the flashbang since the flash was part of the open-the-door-order (which was no longer necessary since it was already open).
Not sure if this needs fixing, probably just explaining (or a wait-until-the-door-gets-opened-order).

If that is the case, it would be nice to see something that shows that other actions would be canceled. Like when the guy walks in first, before your buddy can throw the flashbang, the action with the flashbang should get a red X over it, or something that indicates it collides with that specific other action and is not executionable =)

I’m one of his subscribers but that was painful to watch. I usually like the fact that he just picks up the game and makes a video but this time it backfired and we watched him spending half of the video repeating the same mistakes and complaining that the game doesn’t behave properly…
Regarding his trouble with the stun grenade, how it currently works is that you stack your operators at the door, create the path for each trooper through the closed door and inside the room (while in the planning phase). Once you drew the path for the last trooper you click on the action button on the door, select the stun grenade and position it inside the room. The last operator will be the one opening the door and throwing the grenade while the other operators will wait until the grenade was thrown. Or at least this is how I do it.
